How much will my repair cost?

CR Smart Repairs offers affordable pricing without compromising on quality. As a small independent business we do not charge VAT on our services. Every job is different and our pricing depends on the area required, extent of damage, and the colour of your vehicle. We always ask to see various images of the vehicle via message/email to provide you with a quote for our services or you can upload these via our contact form. If we're unable to quote from an image we will arrange to see the vehicle in person to advise of the cost before we start work.

How long will you need my car?

This is dependent on the extent of the work required and we will discuss this with you when we quote and book in your vehicle. For smaller jobs, we advise to leave it with us for up to 24 hours but this can vary. You cannot rush a good job!

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our repairs, giving you confidence in the quality of our workmanship and peace of mind.Please note that should an issue arise, we will request to inspect the vehicle to establish whether any external factors have contributed to the problem.

We source all our paint and materials from a well-established, Norwich-based paint suppliers that are manufacturer-approved, ensuring we use quality products for every repair.

Do you repair all makes and models of vehicle?

Yes, in most cases, we can repair all makes and models. However, we’ll always be upfront and honest about whether a repair is within our scope of work. If we feel a repair is outside our capabilities, we’ll explain this clearly before any work begins.

Can you match the paint colour of my car?

Using specialised paint-matching equipment, we aim to achieve the closest possible colour match. Depending on the colour and finish, blending into the adjoining panels may be required to ensure a seamless result and prevent the newly painted area from standing out.

No, we are a bodyshop only.

How long do I need to wait before I can wash my car after the repair?

Accepted Answer

We recommend you wait at least 30 days before a standard wash. However, agentle rinse is safe after 48 hours.
